Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring operations for a Contract position based in Tustin, California. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, scheduling, communication, and recruiting process coordination to help move searches forward efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, confidence working across multiple priorities, and experience using recruiting systems and sourcing tools in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Build candidate pipelines by identifying prospective talent through online sourcing platforms, industry networks, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Reach out to potential applicants, maintain engagement, and help create a positive experience throughout the early stages of recruitment.
  • Review resumes and assist with preliminary qualification efforts to align candidates with open positions.
  • Coordinate consistent communication with applicants and internal stakeholders during each phase of the hiring process.
  • Publish and monitor openings across recruitment channels to support visibility and applicant flow.
  • Keep applicant data, hiring activity, and requisition updates organized and current within the tracking system, with Paycom experience viewed favorably.
  • Assist with offer administration, background screening coordination, and other pre-employment steps to support smooth onboarding.
  • Monitor recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and status reporting to help the team track hiring performance.
  • Contribute to compliance by following established recruiting procedures, documentation standards, and applicable employment guidelines.
  • Provide support for hiring events, branding initiatives, and ongoing talent pool development for frequently hired roles.
