certification. What to Expect on the Job This is a full-time, onsite position in either our Colorado location. You'll primarily work in a professional office environment while interacting with employees, candidates, visitors, customers, and company leadership throughout the day. This is a fast-paced role with a variety of responsibilities, so you should be comfortable shifting priorities and balancing HR responsibilities with administrative and office support needs. Occasional travel may be required for career fairs, training, meetings, or other business-related activities. The position involves prolonged periods working at a desk and computer, along with standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds.
