PrideStaff Denver Northwest, is looking for a Recruiting Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone that enjoys impacting people's lives on a daily basis, through employment. Job Description The Recruiting Assistant position is a mixture of recruiting, customer service, sales and administration. Answer incoming phone calls Recruit for open positions Schedule candidates for interviews Complete onboarding for all new hires Complete reference checks Set appointments for the account manager Data entry Process payroll weekly Job Requirements Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish) Desire to positively impact individuals and families through employment Moderate to high energy Enjoy connecting with people Ability to make a large number of phone calls every day Strong verbal and written communication skills Type 50 words per minute Attention to detail History of providing top tier customer service Enjoy achieving and setting new records Computer proficient and well versed in Microsoft Office Suite Want to learn the staffing business and make staffing a career Have College and some work experience Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen At PrideStaff, we recognize and appreciate our team member's hard work and enthusiasm!
