Human Resources Coordinator

Overview Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Coordinator and become a vital driver of organizational success! Duties Facilitate talent acquisition efforts by assisting with recruiting strategies, screening candidates, and supporting interview processes using HR systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Taleo. Coordinate new employee orientation programs to ensure seamless onboarding experiences that align with company policies and culture. Support employee evaluation and performance management initiatives through data entry, performance tracking, and feedback collection. Manage benefits administration tasks including enrollment, changes, and communication of benefits options while ensuring compliance with regulations such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act). Assist with workforce management activities such as staffing plans, organization design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion. Handle confidential personnel information with integrity while ensuring adherence to employment & labor law and HR legal compliance standards. Contribute to training & development programs by coordinating sessions, tracking participation, and supporting continuous learning initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department experience with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Proficiency in HR systems (technically supported), including HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, along with Microsoft Office tools like Excel for data analysis. Demonstrated ability in project management, organization design, change management, and strategic planning within HR functions. Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, conflict management, and collaboration across teams. Knowledge of workers' compensation processes, payroll processing, personnel administration, and regulatory compliance management. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high standards of confidentiality. Strong administrative skills including data entry, contract management, interviewing support, and use of ATS platforms like UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing. Pay:
