The Workforce Coordinator provides administrative, logistical, and program support to the HR Field team of the Fairfield Region ensuring smooth execution of workforce planning and talent development activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Provide HR customer service and collaborate with the HR team to resolve local HR issues.
- Maintain HR data such as licensure/certification tracking, compliance logs, and support regulatory readiness efforts
- Coordinate and facilitate regional orientations, service recognition events, and engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support such as evaluating and maintaining years of experience data, regulatory readiness review with Joint Commission or DPH audits
- Serve as main point of contact for orientation and onboarding matters for both colleagues and contingent workers.
- Assist in the production and compilation of various HR reports, metrics and analytics
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations to coordinate hiring events, career fairs, school/community partnership activities, colleague rehiring initiatives and colleague referral campaigns, and other recruiting initiatives
- Coordinate internship, volunteer, job shadow and targeted pipeline programs i.e. ReadyCT, high school partnerships.
- Support engagement and retention tactics to include stay and exit interviews
- Administer Position Review Committee decisions and requisition management in coordination with Talent Acquisition if applicable
- Ensure appearance of HHC booths and materials are consistent and aligned with current HHC branding and image strategy
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience:
One to three years of general business experience At least 1 year of relevant HR experienceAdditional Requirements:
