) We are looking for a reliable, organized, personable, and professional person to join our team. We work hard, but we also enjoy a friendly and positive office environment. The main focus of this position is vetting candidates and booking temporary nanny and housekeeping jobs . This is a busy position requiring organization, responsiveness, attention to detail, and good judgment. Responsibilities Manage and fill temporary bookings through our busy sitting service, matching families with available nannies and housekeepers quickly and efficiently Schedule appointments and coordinate staffing placements Communicate with families by phone, text, and email Communicate with nannies and household professionals primarily by text, email, and phone Thoroughly check and verify candidate's professional references so that we continue to represent only high-quality, dependable domestic professionals Review applications and maintain accurate candidate information in our database Create and edit candidate bios for grammar, accuracy, and presentation Manage email correspondence and applications Screen calls and assist callers professionally and courteously Keep schedules, availability, and database information accurate and up to date What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and personable with families and caregivers Extremely organized and detail-oriented Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication Comfortable communicating by text and phone throughout the day Quick-thinking and able to handle changing priorities Good judgment and common sense Comfortable working in a fast-paced small office Dependable and punctual Experience in childcare, staffing, scheduling, customer service, or office administration is helpful but not required. The Right Personality Matters We are a small, close-knit office looking for someone who enjoys working with people and solving problems. The position involves a lot of moving parts, so someone who is naturally organized, adaptable, and able to stay calm when several things need attention at once will do well.
