This role assists with onboarding, employee records, recruiting support, compliance tracking, scheduling, and general HR administrative duties while maintaining strict confidentiality. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2-4 years of administrative or HR experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva and HRIS systems preferred Schedule Full-time, 35 hours per week Monday-Friday with flexibility for working hours during business hours If you are organized, service-focused, and enjoy supporting others in a ministry environment, we encourage you to apply.
