This position is focused on recruiting, employee documentation, onboarding, compliance tracking, and direct communication with applicants, caregivers, and staff. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting and screening potential candidates. Post job openings and respond to applicants. Communicate with candidates by phone, email, and in person. Schedule interviews and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process. Assist new hires with onboarding and orientation. Collect, review, and organize required employment and credentialing documents. Maintain complete and accurate employee and independent contractor files. Track expiration dates for licenses, certifications, background screenings, and other required documents. Contact employees and caregivers when documents are missing, incomplete, or approaching expiration. Assist with employment verification and reference checks. Maintain confidential personnel information and records. Answer general HR questions from employees and applicants. Communicate professionally with staff regarding documentation, onboarding, scheduling of HR appointments, and company requirements. Assist management with HR-related forms, letters, reports, and documentation. Support compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare employment requirements. Maintain organized HR spreadsheets and electronic records. Perform general Human Resources and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, healthcare administration, or office administration is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with applicants, employees, and caregivers by phone and in person. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidential information professionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general computer systems. Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple employee files. Experience with employee onboarding, recruiting, credentialing, or personnel records is a plus. Experience in a healthcare, home care, home health, or Nurse Registry environment is highly preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. We are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable communicating with people throughout the hiring and employment process.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
