Human Resources Administrator Kids Place PPEC Medical Daycare & Therapy Centers Lakeland, FL Job Details Full-time $22 - $28 an hour 5 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Spanish Administrative experience Bachelor's degree Recruiting Business Administration Full Job Description Kids Place PPEC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Administrator to support both HR functions and daily center operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient administrative processes, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations of the facility. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Functions Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee training processes Monitor employee licenses, credentials, and compliance requirements Assist with payroll by verifying timesheets and employee data Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific employment regulations Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns Operations & Administrative Support Support daily center operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with PPEC regulations Coordinate staff scheduling and assist with coverage needs Maintain office organization, supplies, and administrative systems Assist leadership with reporting, audits, and regulatory documentation Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication Help implement and improve operational workflows and processes Support patient intake coordination and administrative oversight as needed Ensure readiness for inspections, surveys, and compliance reviews Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required 2+ years of experience in HR, administration, or operations (healthcare preferred) Strong understanding of HR practices and compliance requirements Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and maintain confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Experience in a healthcare setting or medical office Knowledge of healthcare compliance, credentialing, and audits Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
