Employee Engagement/Onboarding Coordinator Carvana - 3.2 Orlando, FL Job Details 9 hours ago Qualifications Confidential information handling Office activity coordination Maintaining an organized workspace Event on-site coordination Cross-functional communication Full Job Description About the position This role is a blend of administrative support and hands-on operational tasks, designed to support our teams in Reconditioning and Inventory Quality Readiness. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver and people champion who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable performing duties in both office and outdoor settings throughout the year. What you'll be doing Own pre-employment/post employment of new hires consisting of I-9 verifications, communications, hiring events, etc. Facilitate new hire orientation Maintain site rosters Order site-level supplies Prepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or events Write, create, and distribute internal communications such as emails, business updates, all employee meeting presentation, and announcements Handle, coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events Collaborate with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to assist operational needs Other duties as assigned by site leader What the Job Requires To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you. Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in related fields Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience coordinating events and creating ultimate excitement/hype around them Flexible schedule; willing to work weekends and stay late to ensure success Self motivated individual and ability to work autonomously Be a creative force and master of execution Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both internally and externally Ability to multitask, remain calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, event management, time management skills Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information A passion for keeping things neat and organized, all while remaining upbeat and positive Carvana will make any reasonable accommodations for those with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their jobs.
