Human Resources Assistant Clean Tec Outsourcing - 3.2 Orlando, FL Job Details Full-time | Contract From $42,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Hospitality Filing English Payroll management Administrative experience Human resources management Organizational skills SHRM Certified Professional Full Job Description Position Overview This role is responsible for assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment coordination, and ensuring smooth daily HR operations for hotel and hospitality accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment supporting front-of-house, housekeeping, food & beverage, and operational teams. Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation Maintain employee records and HR files accurately Support payroll and timekeeping coordination Schedule interviews and orientation sessions Assist with employee communication and engagement Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures Coordinate uniforms, badges, and onboarding materials Support recruitment and staffing operations as needed Utilize HR and staffing platforms including Connecteam, TalentReef, and CRM systems Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications 1-2 years of HR, administrative, or staffing experience preferred Hospitality or staffing industry experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms Professional attitude and strong attention to deta
