Job Description

Robert Half are looking for an Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to join a growing team on a Contract basis. This position centers on payroll administration while also contributing to day-to-day HR activities such as recruiting support, onboarding coordination, and employee records management. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, sound judgment with confidential information, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment. Spanish and English fluency is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage weekly and biweekly payroll processing activities, ensuring entries are accurate and submitted on schedule for approval.
  • Update payroll records by entering compensation changes, deductions, garnishments, and other employee-related adjustments.
  • Review payroll details carefully to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and maintain complete documentation.
  • Assist with talent acquisition efforts by screening applicants, supporting candidate flow, and helping individuals who apply in person.
  • Coordinate pre-employment steps, including assessments, onboarding tasks, and preparation of new employee materials.
  • Lead new employee onboarding sessions and explain required forms, policies, and employment documentation.
  • Maintain organized personnel files and HR records within company systems while protecting sensitive information.
  • Provide administrative support across HR operations and contribute to projects aimed at improving workflow efficiency.
