Human Resources Coordinator We are seeking a polished, organized, and service-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join the Human Resources team of a well-established organization in Savannah, Georgia. This position will provide direct administrative and operational support to the Executive Director of Human Resources while serving as the first point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors to the Human Resources office. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors to the Human Resources office, providing a professional, welcoming, and helpful experience. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Director of Human Resources and broader HR team. Manage incoming calls, inquiries, correspondence, and visitors, directing requests to the appropriate HR team member. Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, meetings, and other departmental logistics. Support employee onboarding, new-hire documentation, and other HR administrative processes. Maintain confidential employee records, files, and HR documentation with a high degree of accuracy and discretion. Assist with preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other HR materials. Help coordinate interviews, meetings, employee events, and departmental initiatives. Provide general administrative and project support to ensure the HR office operates efficiently. Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with professionalism and confidentiality. Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
