Operations Leadership About the Role Georgia Skin Cancer & Aesthetic Dermatology is a privately owned, physician-led dermatology practice serving patients across 13 locations throughout Georgia. As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking an organized, dependable Operations & HR Administrative Assistant to keep the day-to-day administrative work of the practice running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who values self-starting, accuracy, follow-through, and discretion, and who enjoys turning a pile of loose ends into a clean, repeatable process. You will work closely with our senior leadership team, freeing them to focus on strategy and growth. Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Onboarding Prepare new hire onboarding materials, including welcome kits, onboarding emails, and benefits enrollment reminders Enter and maintain employee records in ADP and our compliance tracking systems Complete scheduled compliance checks and keep clear, accurate records Maintain and enhance company culture through following through on initiatives for employee engagement including ordering and assembling gifts and team recognition items Records & Data Management Manage our document scanning and filing workflow, following HIPAA guidelines at all times Maintain and clean up recurring reports, including referrals report Manage employee data for employee evaluations Executive & Team Support Monitor and triage communications for leadership Support retreat planning, including logistics, vendors, and follow-up Assist in the administrative tasks of opening new locations and maintaining current locations Coordinate monthly internal and extermal marketing materials Process & Documentation Creating playbooks for processes for training purposes Flag recurring problems and suggest simpler, better ways of doing things Qualifications Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry, spreadsheets, and documents Strong written communication and professional email habits Proven discretion with confidential employee and patient information Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; strong Excel skills a plus Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership Ability to pass a background check and complete HIPAA training Preferred Qualifications Medical office or healthcare administration experience Experience with ADP Workforce Now Experience supporting HR or compliance tasks in a multi-location business The Person We Are Looking For The right team member is a self-starter who notices what needs to be done without being asked, catches errors before they become problems, and can be trusted with sensitive information. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $50,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications Health and dental insurance Multiple bonus opportunities throughout the year 401(k) retirement benefits with company match Paid time off and other company benefits Employee discount Schedule & Location This is a full-time, five-day-per-week, on-site position in Watkinsville, Georgia. Regular in-office presence is expected due to the collaboration and confidentiality associated with the position. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
