Yes - multiple facility locations Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for people and process? We're looking for a dependable HR Clerk/Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day human resources functions, with a special focus on clerical support and recruitment coordination. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and is willing to travel between facilities to assist with HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR team (filing, data entry, document preparation, scanning) Assist with the recruitment process, including: Posting job ads Scheduling interviews Preparing onboarding packets Maintain and update employee files and HR databases Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes Deliver and collect HR documents and supplies at different facility locations Assist in tracking compliance documents, such as TB clearances and certifications Provide onsite HR support to facilities as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; HR coursework or experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must be willing and able to travel between facilities across Oahu Why Join Us?
