Now Hiring:
Temporary Human Resources Assistant in Cedar Rapids.
Shift:
8:30am - 5:00pm |
Mon-Fri Pay:
$20-23 / hour depending on experience. This position is temporary (approx. 90 days), but for the ideal candidate could be a temp to hire. Remedy is currently seeking a dependable HR Assistant for a local metal manufacturing company. This role is responsible for supporting the company's recruitment efforts while providing general Human Resources support to employees and management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, highly responsive, and comfortable managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will play an important role in strengthening recruiting efforts, expanding candidate pipelines, improving the candidate experience, and promoting the company as an employer of choice. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding. Source, screen, and coordinate candidates. Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Support onboarding, training, and HR administration. Maintain compliance, records, and employee confidentiality.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Admin, recruiting or HR experience. Strong written and verbal communication, sourcing, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel. 👉 Apply Now ! Human Resources, Admin, MS Office
