Job Description

Wage range for this role is $19-$29/hr. The HR Administrative Assistant provides administrative and front-line support to the Human Resources team and Leadership. This role serves as a first point of contact for employees, applicants, and visitors and assists with onboarding, HR systems data entry, scheduling, record maintenance, and general office coordination. Key Responsibilities Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to general inquiries. Support HR with onboarding, 30/90-day check-ins, and personnel file maintenance. Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS systems and vendor platforms. Prepare orientation packets and assist with background and verification checks. Order and track employee uniforms and office supplies. Schedule meetings, update organizational charts, and create name badges. Assist with reports, mail distribution, and general administrative tasks. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficient with basic office technology and willing to learn HR systems.
