The Human Resources Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This position is heavily focused on administrative support, ensuring HR processes run efficiently while delivering a positive employee experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to build a foundation in Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR team across multiple functions including onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee records Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, new hire paperwork, and scheduling orientations Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data Assist with benefits administration, including employee questions, enrollments, and changes; escalate complex issues as needed Support payroll processes by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance data Prepare HR reports and assist with tracking metrics such as headcount, attendance, and turnover Serve as a point of contact for general employee inquiries via phone, email, and in person Assist with HR documentation, correspondence, and compliance-related recordkeeping Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and recognition programs Provide general administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and special HR projectsQualifications:
1+ year of administrative experience, recent graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with HRIS systems is a plus, but not required Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Why Join?
