Some leasing background preferred. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills required, with an emphasis on Excel. Experience in hospitality or property management preferred. Pay commensurate with experience.
SCHEDULE
Monday thru Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday hours required
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Sort and distribute communications timely Monitor supplies and assist in restocking Responds quickly and courteously to resident/prospect concerns and questions, and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey requests to the appropriate individual(s) Uses the on-site property management software application (Yardi) to manage resident data Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries Assist mangers when needed Assist leasing when needed Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED 2 years of relevant work experience including strong customer service skills, direct sales or leasing experience preferred Strong computer and internet skills including all MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Yardi experience preferred Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills. Availability to work in fast paced environment
