Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefit inquiries
- Assist with payroll processing using Makeshift and ADP systems
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and drive employee engagement
- Strong Computer skill set and some knowledge of
Excel Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in human resources or related role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
