Target Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 annually Key Responsibilities for the
Human Resources Administrator:
  • Manage new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure personnel files remain accurate and compliant
  • Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
  • Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and employee inquiries
  • Support HR compliance, reporting, and day-to-day administrative functions Qualifications for the
Human Resources Administrator:
  • 2+ years of HR, HR Coordinator, or HR Administration experience
  • Experience supporting onboarding, employee records, and recruitment processes
  • Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
