Payroll & HR Administrator Salary:
$80,000 - $95,000

Key Responsibilities for the
Payroll & HR Administrator:
  • Process accurate weekly payroll for approximately 70+ employees.
  • Administer onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee benefit programs.
  • Support certified payroll, prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon, and construction payroll requirements.
  • Maintain payroll records, HR documentation, and employee-related reporting.
  • Assist with office administration, employee communications, supplies, and operational support.
  • Provide support for insurance, 401(k), and employee-related questions.
Qualifications for the
Payroll & HR Administrator:
  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • Construction, union payroll, certified payroll, Davis-Bacon, or prevailing wage experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting HR functions, benefits administration, or employee onboarding.
  • Foundation software experience preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Indianapolis.
