Human Resources Associate TITAN has an immediate opening with a client partner and the position will require someone to work in their office site five days per week. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the office location in KS. Contact TITAN to determine if you are located within 50 miles of the office. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of relevant administrative, recruiting, or HR experience
Passion for recruiting and supporting early career talent.
Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related field.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties Schedule a high volume of intern and new graduate candidate interviews.
Review applications and resumes for intern and new graduate positions to identify qualified candidates.
Manage intern and new graduate job postings and recruitment campaigns across recruiting platforms.
Facilitate pre-employment and onboarding activities, including background checks, drug screens, and new hire documentation.
Coordinate with IT and internal stakeholders to support equipment orders and onboarding logistics for new professionals.
Support recruiting events, career fairs, candidate communications, and follow-up activities. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field; OR
Minimum of two years of relevant administrative, recruiting, or HR experience.
