Posted 04/2026 Job Description Job Summary Performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports while understanding and managing the relationships between internal and external Human Resource Information systems In accordance with procedures, furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures, especially as they relate to employee services(e.g., nonmonetary recognition, work-life balance initiatives, etc.) Is familiar with policies and procedures, surveys and market data, employee data, laws and regulations, labor and collective bargaining agreements, business plans, labor forecasts, recruiting data, and business principles, as they relate to personnel matters Collaborates with other employees of the human resources organization to analyze and design processes and systems to effectively attract, reward, and motivate the company workforce
Requirements:
