FORVIA is looking for a year-round HR Intern for it's location in Simpsonville, KY. ## Your mission, roles and responsibilities ## Your profile and competencies to succeed The role of the HR Apprentice/Intern is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures, while obtaining real-life experience in a fast-paced HR team within a manufacturing/production environment. Duties will vary, dependent on the educational goals and objectives of the apprentice & the needs of the organization. In general, an HR apprentice/Intern can expect to:
- Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies
- Support all Personal files and Employee Administration and Documentations
- Maintain employee files and answer employee queries.
- Assist in tracking training data for all departments
- Prepare HR correspondence and plant communications
- Lead/participate in Employee engagement activities
- Have Spanish speaking proficiency Other HR initiatives as assigned by the Site HR Manager or Site Plant Manager.
