Ensure employees are clocking in/out correctly. Monitor attendance, tardiness, and absences. Coordinate shift schedules and communicate changes. Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions or concerns. Report attendance, performance, and incidents to the Account Manager. Work with the client supervisor to address staffing needs. Assist with training coordination and safety reminders. Conduct periodic employee check-ins to improve retention. Maintain staffing records and daily reports. Help coordinate transportation or housing questions if applicable.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in manufacturing or warehouse environments. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets). Reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Previous staffing, HR, customer service, or supervisory experience is a plus.
Schedule:
Part-Time to Full-time (20-40 hours per week or as needed) Flexible schedule based on client operations May require early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on production schedules
