To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a large automotive group, is seeking an HR Assistant to support Human Resources initiatives for multiple dealership in Maryland!

Responsibilities:

. Serves as the point-of-contact for new hires and applicants going through the interview process. Manages onboarding processes and all new hire paperwork including benefits and payroll set-up. Initiates and monitors background checks and drug screens. Collaborates with hiring managers on team needs and interview processes. Leads weekly new employee orientation sessions.

Qualifications:

A bachelors degree and 1+ years of HR experience required. A valid driver's license is required, along with weekly travel between White Marsh and Clarksville. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfortability in public speaking. Eager to learn and grow within Human Resources. About the
