Provide customer and technical support for testing related activities. Job Responsibilities Assist in coordinating, tracking, reporting and delivering related programs. Establish and maintain contact with clients, staff, and external agencies. Coordinate and register clients for testing. Schedule test sessions including test-site reservations and room set-up. Prepare requisitions, maintain project financial reports and handle monthly billing. Conduct research and prepare reports for proposals and contracts. Maintain inventory and security of program materials and files. Proctor, score and deliver assessments at on-campus and off-campus locations. Audit test results and prepare certificates. Operate as ACT RegiSTAR Agent using ACT Express Score database software. Collaborate with and provide reports to ACT and Michigan Works. Coordinate and facilitate remediation services at campus and off-campus locations. Maintain database records for MI Works! Service Centers. Prepare, report and maintain examinee test score and NCRC information. Assist full and part-time staff in program implementation. May train and schedule part-time staff. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Two years of related work experience preferred and a demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position.
