As a growing organization with a strong foundation, we are looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support our clinicians and ensure smooth onboarding, hiring, and compliance processes. Position Summary The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day human resources operations. This individual will be responsible for clinician onboarding, maintaining compliance with required documentation, and actively participating in the hiring process. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to coordinate across a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key ResponsibilitiesClinician Onboarding & Compliance Coordinate and manage onboarding for all new clinical staff Ensure all required documentation (licenses, certifications, background checks, etc.) is complete and up to date Track and maintain compliance records for all clinicians Follow up on missing or expiring documents to ensure continuous compliance Compliance & Accreditation (ACHC / Joint Commission Aligned) Maintain clinician personnel files in accordance with Accreditation Commission for Health Care and The Joint Commission standards Ensure documentation includes licenses, screenings, training records, and competencies Keep all files audit-ready for surveys and regulatory reviews Assist in preparing documentation for accreditation surveys and internal audits Hiring & Recruitment Support Assist in the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Post and manage job listings on platforms such as Indeed Maintain organized candidate tracking systems and spreadsheets Coordinate communication between multiple team members involved in hiring decisions Training & Shadow Visit Coordination Schedule and coordinate shadow visits for new clinicians Communicate with both new hires and current staff to ensure smooth training experiences Track completion of onboarding requirements and training milestones Administrative & HR Support Create and maintain organized Google Sheets for HR tracking Draft and send professional emails and internal communications Print and prepare employee ID badges and onboarding materials Support general HR administrative functions as needed Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Prior experience in healthcare required, preferably in home health or skilled care settings Strong understanding of clinician onboarding, compliance, and documentation requirements in a healthcare environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information Tech-savvy with experience in: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Job posting platforms (e.g., Indeed) Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks Key Traits We're Looking For Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong coordination skills to manage communication across multiple stakeholders Comfortable working within a collaborative team with many moving parts Highly organized with the ability to bring structure to complex workflows Positive, approachable, and pleasant to work with Ability to take initiative and keep processes moving forward Why Join Us Be part of a tight-knit, supportive team where people genuinely look out for one another Join an organization where many team members have stayed for years a reflection of our strong culture and relationships Work in an environment where teamwork, trust, and shared goals drive everything we do Have the opportunity to share ideas and help shape processes your voice matters here Enjoy a workplace that promotes ownership and independence , with no micromanagement Thrive in a culture where you are trusted, empowered, and able to make a real impact
