WFPC offers benefit package to employees with a minimum of 24 hours weekly employment. Job Summary We are seeking a enthusiastic and detail oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating our human resources needs, ensuring that the organization is compliant with labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong organization, communication and decision making skills, and a comprehensive understanding of HR administrative functions. Duties Provide guidance on performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Support the hiring, onboarding, training, and termination of employees. Ensure accuracy and completeness in bi-weekly payroll. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations related to benefits administration. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices within the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred. Minimum two years experience as an HR Specialist or similar role with a strong understanding of HR functions. Medical office experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making. Skill in identifying and resolving human resource issues and negotiation, including conflict resolution.

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
