Human Resources Coordinator | $25.00 per hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Temporary / Potential Temp-to-Hire What Matters Most Competitive Pay of $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch
Location:
Troy, Michigan Temporary opportunity with the potential to become temporary-to-hire for the right candidate Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401(k), direct deposit and the referral bonus program Job Description A well-established employer is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and project support across key HR functions. This role will assist with onboarding, talent management activities, employee changes, reporting, and special projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position offers the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of Human Resources administrative activities and respond professionally to employee requests Prepare reports and analyses to support HR initiatives, interpret data, identify alternatives, and assist with recommendations Coordinate talent management activities including new hire orientation, training, onboarding, and related processes Complete special projects by establishing objectives, timelines, conducting research, and organizing information Process required documentation in SAP and ticketing systems for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other employee changes
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required At least 1 year of previous Human Resources or related experience Demonstrated experience supporting Human Resources functions Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects through completion in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and processes Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and strong focus on results Ability to handle telephone calls and employee requests professionally Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and business information
