This role is essential in supporting the organization's human capital management initiatives, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual committed to advancing their career within human resources and contributing to organizational success through strategic HR practices.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, NO weekends!
Pay:
Starting at $22/hour Requirements Bachelor's Degree At least 1-year previous Human Resources or related experience Ability to handle telephone calls and employee requests in a professional manner Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP skills Demonstrated experience providing support for Human Resources related functions Strong ability to conceptualize and drive projects to completion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be flexible and able to work in a high volume, fast-paced deadline driven environment Ability to multi-task Advanced presentation skills Extremely self-motivated and driven to achieve results Continuous improvement approach Strong attention to detail Ability to quickly grasp new concepts Ability to maintain confidentiality Tasks Perform a range of HR administrative activities. Provide reporting and analysis to support key initiatives and summaries to present and interpret data, identify alternatives, and suggest and justify recommendations Talent management activities include new hire orientation, training and onboarding, process, etc. Completes special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information Process required paperwork in SAP and SS Ticketing for new employees, promotions, transfers, etc.
NOTE:
This position serves as the building receptionist. While this is a low-volume reception area, the role requires a consistently professional and welcoming demeanor.
