10/01/2026 Notice of Position Human Resources Staffing Coordinator Eden Prairie Schools is seeking a Human Resources Staffing Coordinator to join our collaborative and forward-thinking HR team. In this vital role, you'll help shape the district's workforce by coordinating hiring and employee lifecycle processes that keep our schools and departments thriving. You will manage applicant tracking and onboarding systems, guide hiring managers through the recruitment and selection process, and maintain employment records with precision and confidentiality.Position Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred A combination of education and professional HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeExperience :
1-2 years of experience in human resources, staffing, or related customer service role preferredQualifications :
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal communication skills Commitment to confidentiality and excellent customer service Demonstrated problem-solving and process-improvement mindset Please review the attached job description for additional details about this position.Salary & Benefit Overview:

EPSS, Level III - $89,194 Vacation 20 days/year Holidays 12 paid holidays/year Sick Leave 14 days per year cumulative to 254 daysMedical/Hospitalization:
Medical/hospitalization insurance with low premiums for single coverage; generous contributions provided by the employer towards family coverage premium. Dental Insurance Dental insurance is fully paid by the employer for single or family coverage. Life Insurance Life insurance fully paid by the employer for an amount equal to twice the employee's annual salary Long Term Disability Insurance Long term disability fully paid by the employer. Tax Sheltered Annuity Matching Program District TSA match up to 2.75% of employee's base salary.
