Here's a video about the people behind Starkey's groundbreaking innovation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjhRQ7qzlI0 The primary responsibility of the Recruiting Coordinator is to support Recruiters, Candidates and Hiring Managers through managing each step of the candidate experience with detail and excellent customer service. This role will handhold the candidate through scheduling interviews, booking assessments, creating agendas, communicating details and coordinating all aspects of the interview process. This includes but is not limited to: Coordinating background checks, offer letters, and other recruiting documentation verification as needed. The Recruiting Coordinator will also verify that all follow-up has been completed with the candidate when the applicant journey has come to an end. May provide support the Total Rewards Team, HRBP's and other functions as necessary. Job Responsibilities Coordinate all detail for the Starkey Candidate Interview Experience from Interview set up through Pre-Boarding and Orientation
Partner with recruiters, hiring manager and interview team to schedule virtual interviews (Teams) and in person at national clinic locations
Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and handle reimbursement
Coordinate with department admins and executive assistants as needed
Send confirmations emails and call to confirm interviews
Send and create interview guides, pre-employment assessments and agenda to all interviewers
Perform and administer assessments and background checks; perform adverse action when necessary. Partner with Employment Attorney on background check discrepancies
Maintain assessment database
Administer preboarding process in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure new hire paperwork is accurate and completed
Create detailed offer letters and Restrictive Covenants in partnership with Recruiter and Employment Attorney and save documents to ATS
Create instructions & process documentation for recruiters & hiring managers
Send 'first day' details to new employees and managers
Create and save internal offer documentation
Track and payout new hire bonuses (sign-on & referral)
Coordinate benefits meetings and attend orientation events for new hires
Partner with Immigration Specialist on tasks
Handle invoicing for recruiting related tasks
Meet new hires and process I-9 Documents and badges
Maintain and add to process documentation and efficiencies
Partner with acquisition team to process employees into Starkey/Starkey Retail-Audibel
Work with Recruiters on Job fairs, ordering supplies, scheduling events and calendaring attendees.
Create LinkedIn and Social Media Content on behalf of Recruiters
Post jobs to Handshake and other sites as requested
Assist with various Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Projects as they relate to the businesses being supported by this role.
Serve as a backup to other Recruiting Coordinator Other Responsibilities Support Starkey Employee Corporate and its affiliates Department Guidelines
Check and verify quality
Support corporate health and safety objectives
React to change productively and handle other essential duties as assigned. Job requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
1 year of coordinator or related experience preferred Knowledge/Technical Requirements Proficiency with MS Office required. Heavy Excel use is necessary in this role.
Proficiency in calendaring Competencies, Skills and Abilities Meticulous attention to detail
Patience in dealing with changes and rescheduling
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work creatively under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to read and follow instructions
Desire to improve efficiency
Salary and Other Compensation:
The target pay range for this position is between $22.95 - $26.44/hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
