Job Description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Management Team in areas of Accounting, Human Resources and Safety Program.
Job Duties:
Share receptionist responsibilities: telephones, registering visitors and mail.Accounting Coordinator:
compiles payroll bi-weekly, tracking vacation, garnishments, other payroll deductions, and tracking hours paid to the individual to facilitate job costing and other wage reports for CAB.- Support Human Resources in completing employee reports; including unemployment, workman's compensation, posting vacation requests/absences to company calendar after approval by employee's manager, maintain DOT records, coordinate DOT inspections, driver annual physicals, and reports as required by law, maintain employee handbook.
- Enter AP invoices and close out open POs accordingly.
- Create AR invoices matching pack list and customer PO for accuracy.
