HR Admin Assistant:
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member Greet, prepare, and assist guests and contractors during their visits Complete data entry for Accounts Payable Maintain and reconcile the petty cash fund Order and manage office supplies and company merchandise Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and Scheduling Department as needed What You Need to Bring to the
HR Admin Assistant Role:
