Shift:

1st Shift. Weekends and Holidays OFF with Weekly Pay and Benefits. Duties Conduct regular patrols of designated premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies with appropriate action and communication. Enforce security policies by checking identification, controlling access points, and managing visitor logs. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring official intervention. Manage conflict situations professionally by de-escalating disputes and maintaining order. Document incidents thoroughly through detailed reports for future reference and legal purposes. Processing employees and visitors through mental detector and searching bags. Requirements Strong understanding of conflict management techniques and crisis response procedures. Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions during emergencies. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and law enforcement agencies.
