Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral health assessments and therapy to patients in a hospital setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with policies. Support crisis intervention and follow-up care for patients with mental health needs.
