ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
Employment Develops recruitment plan for open positions using a variety of media Coordinates interviews with department directors or interview teams. Schedules new employee orientation. Checks references, completes application review Extends employment offers with direction from VP of Human Resources. Creates recruitment literature and brochures. Keeps the job posting current and up to date both internally and externally. Responds to all inquiries regarding employment opportunities as well as C.N.A. class. Corresponds with applicants regarding employment opportunities and or filling of positions. Manages CNA Training schedule, postings, interviews, roster selection, hiring and quarterly report. Manages Nurse Apprenticeship Fellowship and Education Reimbursement program. Attends job fairs, networking events, and committee meetings. Assists with the development and revisions of position descriptions. Manages refugee hiring process. Administers relocation package advertising and tracking. Assists with education and presentation for supervisor training Assists with employee activities events and is a part of the Employee Recognition Committee. Track and request bonus checks and CNA class reimbursements. Request payments for termed CNA students. Keep up to date on the Nurse Apprenticeship Fellowship tracking and monitoring Conduct Interviews for Tuition Reimbursement and track the applicants process

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
Two to five years of experience in the Human Resource field. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Knowledge of employment law. Possess PHR certification or complete within one year of employment. Knowledge, skills, and abilities required: Ability to coordinate and organize Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Ability to manage detail. Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires minimal lifting of 10lbs regularly to 25lbs occasionally, moderate bending, standing, walking, reaching and twisting. Extended periods of sitting.
