Responsibilities and Duties (•Essential Functions) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the primary job functions herein described. Creates and maintains full-time employee records, in both paper and digital formats, including directly uploading new hire forms into OnBase Archives employee personnel Files dated more than ten years old from separation of employment Packs and transports Files to the State Archives of NC; retrieves information from State Archives as needed Provides administrative support Human Resources department as needed including greeting visitors Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to use systems to establish, retrieve, verify, and research information Ability to quickly and efficiently learn new software, systems, and processes Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds Minimum Requirements High school or equivalent One year of office administrative or customer service experience Valid Driver's license and approval required by the College's liability insurance carrier Ability to work up to 30 hours a week As an equal employment opportunity employer, Wake Tech values our workforce.
