Londonderry, NH Job Summary:
this individual is responsible for supporting the onboarding process, day-to day employee engagement and retention and benefits administration.
Education and Experience:
1. Human resources, business administration, or equivalent work experience required . 2. SHRM Certification preferred. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite required .
Essential Skills and Abilities:
1. Exceptional interpersonal skills. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to work with frequent interruptions and respond appropriately to unexpected situations. 4. Ability to interact with physicians and staff and participate as a team member with individuals inside and outside the department. 5. Ability to sit for long periods of time, lift up to 25 LBS.
Human Resource Responsibilities:
1. Perform new hire onboarding to include coordinating background checks, access requests, coordinating orientation and conducting initial training. 2. Performs employee offboarding. 3. Supports and tracks employee leave of absences including FMLA. 4. Maintains employee personnel files following protocol on accurate documentation. 5. Maintains company policies and procedures including updating the employee manual. 6. Maintains in depth knowledge of federal, state laws and regulations. 7. Ensures compliance for mandatory training. 8. Consults with supervisors providing HR guidance when appropriate. 9. Manages and resolves complex employee relation issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. 10. Promotes employee engagement and retention.
Benefits Coordinator Responsibilities:
1. Supports and facilities open enrollment process for medical, dental and other benefits. 2. Provides new hires with explanations of benefits and instructing them on enrollment and fulfillment procedures 3. Encourages a professional relationship between benefit platforms, insurance brokers and the organization. 4. Supports continuous benefits administration
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
