Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Admin to support daily Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with onboarding, employee records management, recruitment coordination, HR documentation, and various admin istrative functions while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Prepare offer letters, employment verification letters, and other HR documentation. Support benefits admin istration and respond to employee inquiries. Track attendance, leave records, and employee information. Assist with new hire orientation and training coordination. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Support employee engagement programs and company events. Perform general admin istrative duties within the HR department. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin istration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Admin istration, or Office Support. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of HR processes and employment practices. Familiarity with HR IS systems such as ADP, Workday, UKG, or BambooHR. Previous internship or admin istrative experience in HR . SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus.
