•5:00 PM Grace Healthcare Services is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team in managing essential HR functions. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting employees and streamlining HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information Coordinate benefits enrollment, answer employee inquiries, and assist with open enrollment Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations Assist in recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks Provide administrative support for performance management and employee relations processes Organize and maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention

Qualifications:

1-3 years of HR experience (healthcare industry preferred) Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Why Join Grace Healthcare Services?
