Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment activities, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating job offers Provide candidates with timely, professional support throughout the recruitment and hiring process Coordinate new-hire onboarding and respond to employees' human resources questions Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and assist with regulatory and policy compliance Maintain human resources intranet content and help develop clear, timely employee communications Support employee recognition, benefits, and wellness initiatives Education / Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year accredited college or university, and/or 3-5 years of experience in human resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proven experience in human resources is required HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred We are an equal opportunity employer

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
