Job Title:
HR Administrator Somerset, NJ(Onsite) Full-time Job Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in HR operations / HR administration Good knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws Experience with HRMS tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, Zoho People, etc.) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Skills Experience in handling audits and compliance documentation Exposure to payroll coordination Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skill ACI (Advanced Computing International) is a Global Technology Services, Products & Solutions Company focused on designing and delivering the next generation applications and digital experiences for businesses and consumers.
