Job Summary:
You will provide administrative support to HR Department in the following areas recruiting, phone screening, credentialling, and other HR related retention initiatives. Job functions may change according to department or agency needs.
What You Will Do:
Assist recruiter in recruiting processing, including but not limited to, resume sourcing, resume review, phone screenings, job postings, etc. Assist supervisor with the daily operation of the department and assures departmental functions are accurately performed and completed Perform customer service functions and assist new hires and/or employees in troubleshooting and resolving their issues/concerns Complete projects as selected or assigned Maintain HRIS records Assist with maintaining credentialing and re-credentialing paperwork Assist with e-learning monitoring Assist with audits Completes projects as selected or assigned What We Need to
See:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus 1year experience or 3 years' experience working in the an administrative and HR environment, preferred Strong analytical and communication skills Flexible and adaptable to internal and external changes; must be open to change (positive or negative) Strong customer service skills Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Knowledge and understanding of agency rules, federal and state laws
