Job Description

Duties:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and provide feedback.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage human capital by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Implement performance management systems to track employee progress and development.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Utilize Workday or similar HRIS system for managing employee information and processes.
  • Collaborate with payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
