Job Description:
As an HR Administrative Assistant at The Viscardi Center, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to our Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include a variety of clerical duties such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for providing confidential, and time sensitive support to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration and coordinating calendar. Successful candidate will interface with all levels of the Organization, including, finance, IT, and development and security. Moreover, you will play an integral part in coordinating employee events and training sessions throughout the year, including holiday parties, years of service, blood drives, vaccine clinics, and harassment prevention training. Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail, ability to adhere to deadlines and enthusiasm working with people with disabilities are essential.
