Job Description
Our client, a manufacturing company located in Bay Shore, NY is looking for a HR Office Coordinator to join their team. What you will do in this role: Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and guests, providing professional front desk support. Manage incoming calls, visitor check-ins, mail, shipping, office supplies, and general office administration. Coordinate meeting rooms, office equipment, travel arrangements, and maintain organized office facilities. Provide administrative support across departments, including preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining records. Partner with HR to support employee engagement, recognition, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and internal communications. Plan and coordinate employee events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and company activities. Assist with HR administration, including orientation, benefits communications, reporting, audits, and maintaining confidential employee records. Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned. What you will bring to the role: Previous experience in office administration, reception, or administrative support. Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience coordinating employee events, engagement initiatives, or office activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
