Director of Fleet and HR Pay:
$17/hr Position Overview We are seeking a detail oriented, organized Fleet Administrative Intern to support our fleet operations and administrative team. This position offers hands on experience in logistics, database management, and corporate compliance within a fast-paced environment. It is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in operations, logistics, or business administration. Key Responsibilities Assist with updating and maintaining fleet databases, tracking maintenance schedules, and filing vehicle records. Help monitor vehicle compliance, including registrations, inspections, and safety camera reporting. Audit and organize digital and physical files, ensuring accuracy in data entry. Support the administration of driver safety presentations, training schedules, and compliance records. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; current enrollment in a college business, operations, or related program is a plus. •An interest in vehicle maintenance / mechanics is a plus• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Ability to follow instructions closely and maintain high quality standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
